I am hoping you will be able to attend our first annual student presentation on Thursday evening, June 19 in CH 3 Auditorium at 7:00pm.

We will be featuring students from three of our courses:  Voice and the Actor, Presenting a Monologue, and Readers Theater.

We would really love for you to come and support some of your fellow VILLAGE ACADEMY students and help create a wonderful experience for our first annual student presentation.

PS. I will be interviewed about this event on the Laguna Woods Village based program, "This Day," airing Monday, June 9, at 8:30am, 12:30pm, and  5pm on Channel 6.

• The last day of classes for the first-ever semester of THE VILLAGE THEATRE & FILM ARTS ACADEMY is April 21, 2014. From all accounts, the launch of THE VILLAGE THEATRE was a wonderful success for the students, the faculty, and the community.

 

• June 19, 2014, students from THE VILLAGE THEATRE & FILM ARTS ACADEMY will provide the entertainment for a combined meeting of the Theatre Guild and The Old Pros. The meeting will start at 7:00 pm, and will be held in the Clubhouse 3 auditoriam/theatre.

 

• The next semester is currently planned to happen in September and October of this year; stay tuned for details regarding registration, courses, and faculty.
